Minor surgical procedures are innumerable and in a teaching hospital they are performed usually by the inexperienced trainee surgeon and these procedures are relegated to the end of the list performed in a side room often assisted by another trainee surgeon either of the same batch or a batch on year older. This book is an attempt to take the learning surgeon in a sequential teaching-learning process where the surgeon can go one step after another converting safely and feeling all the advantages of each new step he is going in the biaxial technique. The structure of this sequence allows the surgeon to go back to the technique he is accustomed to performing at any time he wants he feels afraid to go further.
