Delivery charges are flat at Rs. 250 across the country.
International customers have to pay according to their order along with the shipping charges. We will communicate shipping charges to you via email or WhatsApp.
You can check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

- We will raise delivery charges by default if the package weight is above 1 kg.
- International customers can contact us for tentative rates before placing an order.
- Please refrain from accepting parcels if you find them unsealed or damaged.
- Customers cannot open parcels before making payment unless they have been prepaid.
- If there are any defects or complaints regarding the parcel, please contact customer service within 24 hours.
- Please note that we will not entertain complaints after 24 hours of delivery.
- Paramount Books Online Store may cancel orders for any reason, including items being out of stock, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments by the issuing financial institution.
Please note that Paramount Books does not have any return or exchange policy. In unavoidable circumstances, Paramount Books will only accept refunds or exchanges if the customer finds any defects or if they receive the wrong product. The customer can contact our customer services and send images of the product(s) to the given number. Within 24 hours from the time of delivery. If the submitted case is genuine, Paramount Books will take a reasonable amount of time to process it, depending on the nature of the case. Furthermore, please note that Paramount Books does not have a cash refund policy.
Paramount Books will only process exchanges if we sent you the wrong product or if the product you received was damaged. In such cases, you can get online credit in the form of a voucher for the same amount (excluding shipping costs) for future purchases. Please send requests for exchanges to our help address within 4-5 working days of receiving your order. You can easily avail this offer on your next purchase within 90 days.
Refunds /exchanges are subject to:
- The item has properly repackaged with the original invoice /receipt.
- You do not have to use the product with the attached price tag. Once our team verifies and you are satisfied, we will initiate the exchange or refund.
- Customers must not open the package before payment unless they have prepaid for it.
- You can cancel your order at any time before we process it by sending us a message or email. Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 5:30 pm) on 0333-3821278.
- After we ship your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email or SMS with the tracking information.
- Our return and exchange policy applies once we have shipped the product.
